At a crisis point. Time to dig deeper inside to gather strength. Have to use my fears and worries constructively.
Morning exercise, simple good food, take care of teeth, skin, eyes, heart, brain…
Pray, read, walk, sleep, get stronger…
Hug, converse, listen, cook…
Be thrifty, care, make friends, make memories, give things away…
These are hard times. Prepare for harder times, for more challenges, get support.
Rest.
